1. All certified preowned items are sold in as-is condition. The items may exhibit visible or nonvisible signs of prior use, which inherent for preowned items, which are accepted by the customer as part of the purchase.

2. All sales are final, and exchanges or returns are not permitted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Each item will be accompanied by a separate guarantee manual. The guarantee terms for water resistance and chronometric performance by watch category are as follows:

4. Any exclusions from guarantee coverage applicable to the purchased item(s) are noted on the reverse side of this invoice.

5. The customer must comply with all care and use instructions provided in the product manual, where applicable.

6. Additional terms and conditions associated with any promotions run by our boutique are incorporated into this policy by reference. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of any applicable promotion.

7. For customer safety and personal safety, CCTV cameras are in operation in all our boutiques.

8. For any after-sales inquiries, the customer shall contact the boutique where the item was originally purchased.

9. This policy also applies to gifts; however, only the customer who made the purchase may request a refund, where applicable.
